Conduct SSD Chief Review

After the SPS Addendum Review has been completed, the SSD Chief conducts the SSD Chief Review.

When the SSD Chief selects a specific task, the instructions provided within the task form should be followed:

Task Form Instructions
  1. Begin by reviewing comments from SPS Chair or Vice Chair in Internal Discussion section. These comments should pertain to the SPS Addendum Review.
  2. Provide a comment in Internal Discussion section. This is a required step.
  3. Select an option from the drop-down menu in the upper left corner: SSD Chief Completion Options
    • If “Approve” is selected, the SSD Chief will upload a signed addendum into the documents page, which is accomplished by clicking on the Documents link in the top-right section of the task form, and then selecting the Upload file button.
    • If the addendum is not approved, the SSD Chief will select “WG Chair.” The system will then automatically route the addendum back to its source prior to the SPS Addendum Review, which will be either the WG 7 Chair or WG 8 Chair.
    • If the addendum is not approved, the SSD Chief may also choose to send the request back to the SPS Secretary for SPS prep.
